Dearest Fitbud,

First off, thanks for the motivation! True dat, double true.
Secondly, yes my weekend was AWESOME. But I’m back into gear now. My goals for this week are:
- Finish my homework on time (preferably early)
- Work out at least 5 days.
- Eat well.
- Keep myself accountable.
- Minimal video games.
As long as I stick to those goals this week will be phenomenal. :>
