February Goals
Health related:
- Complete week 1, 2, 3, and 4 of C25k.
- Get into the 270’s (not too lofty of a goal).
- Get more exercise outside, if at all possible (fcking Ohio has winter for ages)
- Try more veggies
- Learn at least 5 new recipes (I will document this!)
- Start shopping primarily at local farmer’s markets/meat markets
- Start cutting back on meat for that matter
- Devote one week to detoxing
- More Yoga and meditation
Other:
- Go to EVERY CLASS. (I have a bad habit of skipping class…)
- Get my homework done BEFORE the last minute
- Less Call of Duty (I’m addicted)
- Get all my job-related stuff done (I have tons of stuff I have to do before I start my job)
