Fat girl gone healthy

February Goals

Health related:

  •  Complete week 1, 2, 3, and 4 of C25k.
  •  Get into the 270’s (not too lofty of a goal).
  •  Get more exercise outside, if at all possible (fcking Ohio has winter for ages)
  •  Try more veggies
  •  Learn at least 5 new recipes (I will document this!)
  •  Start shopping primarily at local farmer’s markets/meat markets
  •  Start cutting back on meat for that matter
  •  Devote one week to detoxing
  •  More Yoga and meditation 

Other: 
  •  Go to EVERY CLASS. (I have a bad habit of skipping class…)
  •  Get my homework done BEFORE the last minute
  •  Less Call of Duty (I’m addicted)
  •  Get all my job-related stuff done (I have tons of stuff I have to do before I start my job)
