I’m ecstatic about this, but so terribly confused. I had the flu last week (which in itself might account for the loss) but I didn’t exercise much at all and I definitely didn’t eat well. I never went past my calorie limit, but I didn’t eat only healthy things. Some pizza was involved… twice. So I don’t get it. Wtf are you trying to tell me body?
But I’ll take it!
